   Differentiate among laptops, tablets, and servers and describe the purpose and uses of smartphones, digital cameras, portable medi players,e-book readers, and game devices. it could be describe the relationship between data and information. it also briefly explain in various input options and can differentiate the internet from the web, and describe the relationship among the web, webpages, websites, and web servers. Lastly, explain the purpose of a browser, a serch engine and an online social network.

CHAPTER 4: PROGRAM AND APPS

   For this chapter we could learn about the programs that were used in computer or mobile devices.
program and apps are available in computer and mobile devices. we could know their roles operating system and the various ways software is distributed. without programs and apps certain devices will be not active. a little bit about security tools is spyware is a program placed on a computer or mobile device without the users knowledge that secretly collects information about the user and then communicates the information it collects to some outside source while the user is online. Program and apps also are used as communcations applications for example whatsapp, skype, wechat, instagram ,facebook and etc.

     For this chapter, we could know about variety of digital security risks and cybercrime and cybercriminals. it is also about risk and safeguards associated with internet and network attacks, unauthorized access and use, software theft information theft, and hardware theft, vandalism, and failure. there were also various backup strategies and methods of secuirng wireless communications with ethical issues in society and various ways to protect the privacy of personal information.

Despite, we can identify characteristics of various personal computer processors on the market today, and describe the ways processors are cooled. The explaination in the advantages and services of cloud computing and define a bit, and describe how a series of bits represents data and how program and application instructions transfer in and out of memory.

chapter 7 is all about the input and output of computer . we can differentiate among various types of keyboards; standard, compact,on-screen,virtual,ergonomic,gaming, and wireless. from this topic it describe characteristic of various pointing devices: mouse, touchpad,pointing stick, and trackball. Describe various uses of touch screens. there many that can be describe various types of pen input: stylus, digital pen, and graphic tablet and various uses of motion input, voice input, and video input.

CHAPTER 8 & 9: DIGITAL STORAGE AND OPERATING SYSTEM

for chapter 8 & 9 is about the variety of storage options and storage capacity and storage access times. Characteristic of hard disks, RAID, and external hard drives. A storage have various type of flash memory storage and have advantages of various uses of cloud storage. it is also characteristics of optical discs such as A DVD-ROM is a high-capacity optical disc on which users can read but not write on or erase. A DVD-R or DVD+R are competing WORM formats, on which users can write once but not erase. lastly, enterprise storage options that have high-speed network with the sole purpose of providing storage to other attached servers.


Operating system
An operating system (OS) is system software that manages computer hardware and software resources and provides common services for computer programs. All computer programs, excluding firmware, require an operating system to function.
